Wintrust Financial to buy Macatawa Bank

Wintrust Financial in Rosemont, Illinois, has agreed to buy Macatawa Bank in Holland, Michigan. The $57 billion-asset Wintrust said in a news release that it will pay $510.3 million in stock for the $2.7 billion-asset Macatawa.
